8. Warranty
At Raptor Sports Cars, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and performance products using our extensive expertise. However, due to the extreme demands placed on performance parts, we provide no stated or implied warranty. Our responsibility is limited to repairing parts modified by Raptor Sports Cars that prove defective under normal use within 60 days of purchase, provided our inspection confirms the defect. All other parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. This warranty applies only to parts and does not cover labour costs for removal or installation. It does not cover damage resulting from accident, negligence, improper installation, modifications, alteration, abuse, or misuse. Our modified parts require careful installation, and engine assemblers must verify all critical clearances, including valve-to-piston, head-to-piston, and crank-to-block, ensuring all rotating components function freely. There is no implied or expressed warranty if parts or components are damaged before or after the engine assembly process.
Raptor Sports Cars specialise in kitcar and sports car manufacturing together with restoration of custom-built kit cars and sports cars. We also offer hand crafted bespoke engine packages. Pricing will vary based on the car, engine, cylinder head, or component specifications.

While a vehicle is undergoing work at our premises, it will be covered under our insurance policy. However, once the authorised collection period has expired, the vehicle will no longer be insured and will be stored entirely at the owner's risk.

Either party may terminate this contract at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, you must settle all outstanding payments before retrieving your vehicle or goods from our workshop. Failure to make full payment may result in us exercising our right to retain possession of the vehicle or goods until the balance is cleared. Upon removal of your vehicle or goods, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that they are being collected in an unfinished condition. By signing this waiver, you agree that we bear no responsibility for any defects, damage, or issues that may arise after removal. This waiver releases us from any claims related to the condition of the vehicle or goods once they leave our premises. Our standard terms and conditions, including any liability limitations, will continue to apply to any completed work up to the point of termination.
